Scalia Law VS. Sharia Law

I'm upset at liberals over their reaction to the Hobby Lobby ruling, not because I disagree with their opinions on employees being forced to cover birth control (although I do), but because not one of them could be bothered to work up one tenth as much rage over Meriam Ibrahim.

Don't know who Meriam Ibrahim is? She's the Sudanese woman who married and American and was imprisoned, sentenced to death, being forced to give birth to her child (an American citizen) IN CHAINS, and having her toddler son (also an American citizen) locked up with her all while our Goverment did nothing.

She must have done something HORRIBLE! She was born to a Muslim man who abandoned his family and asserts her Christian faith. That was her crime. She's not a Muslim like her deserting father.

So spare me your outrage over your lack of coverage on 4 methods of birth control.
Spare me your wailing about "women's rights." Meriam Ibrahim is a woman and ACTUALLY being denied rights simply for not being the same religion as her absent father.

Quit your crying about Religious Oppression. She, and countless women in the Middle East are forced to face ACTUAL Religious Oppression every single day.

It's like complaining about someone squishing an ant while a man has a gun to your neighbor's head.

Imagine, if you will, that this had aired on Sean Hannity

In his final segment, Sean Hannity called out Wendy Davis and referred to her as America’s “resident dunce” and that she was “scraping the barrel of her long-deceased mind, and using a twist on her all-time favorite platform.”

He then played a clip of Davis’s comments from an interview where she claimed, “I am pro-life. I care about the life of every child: every child that goes to bed hungry, every child that goes to bed without a proper education, every child that goes to bed without being able to be a part of the Texas dream, every woman and man who worry about their children’s future and their ability to provide for that future. I care about life and I have a record of fighting for people above all else.”

“ 'I am pro-life.' Given her well-established reputation as a world class idiot, it’s hardly surprising that she should choose to mention being pro-life in a way that is abominable to anyone who knows anything about abortion's barbaric history.” Hannity stated.

“So here’s an example,” he continued. “One of the most gruesome abortion doctors is Dr. Kermit Gosnell. Dr. Gosnell was well known for his infamous clinic in Philidelphia. At this clinic, body parts of aborted fetuses were stuffed down the break-room sinks. Fetal remains were displayed in jars.

“What is most shocking about Gosnell's work is not simply the fact that he assumes the right to abort babies, but is the sheer cruelty and brutality of his regime,” Hannity added. “Earlier this year, you'll remember that an employee of his stated that upon seeing one of the victims of his many abortions, Gosnell remarked, "That one could have walked me to the bus stop.' "

“I could go on, but you get the point,” Hannity said, concluding “When Ms. Davis invokes the term pro-life, she doesn't just prove her rank ignorance. She confirms if anyone truly qualified for a visit to see Dr. Kermit Gosnell, she would be the outstanding candidate.”

This is, of course, in reference to Martin Bashir's comments about Sarah Palin, which you can find HERE.

How do you think that would have panned out for Sean Hannity? What if he (or anyone else on FOX) claimed that Wendy Davis deserved to be decapitated, her body chopped apart and crammed down a garbage disposal, or put in jars? Do you think the rest of the media would have been quiet?
